Use this process to show database connections and locks, which are a potential performance issue.
1. Navigate to the Configuration page.
2. Select "Software" from the drop-down list.
3. Select "Show Locks."
4. The "Database Connections and Locks" window will appear, displaying all connections to do the database, as well as any locks.
5. If locks appear, select "Open Ticket" and report the issue to customer support.
