This process disconnects users who are blocking other users. If the OASIS Batch Service is utilized in any way, it will need to be restarted. Caution: Do not follow this process unless Ingen Software has instructed you to do so.
Requirements:
- Users must have admin access to Software.
1. Sign everyone out of OASIS.
2. Navigate to the Configuration page.
3. Select "Software" from the drop-down list.
4. Select "Disconnect Users."
5. The "Question" window will appear, asking if you would like to proceed.
6. If you have been instructed to do so by Ingen Software, select "Yes."
