This article will explain the required file format for importing pricing information into OASIS.

The file must be in .CSV format and each cell must be delimited with the ASCII TAB character.

The file must contain the following header information:

Row 1: Instruction

Row 2: Column headings

Instruction Options

The instruction on line 1 conveys what action the pricelist is intended to perform. There are three instructions:

  • UPDATE ONLY- data is updated in OASIS and no new fixtures are added.
  • ADD/UPDATE- data is updated in OASIS and new fixtures are created.
  • REPLACE- data is replaced in OASIS.

The following columns define pricing for a 10% column and a 15% column:

  • P1: 10% Pricing
  • C1: 10% Pricing
  • P2: 15% Pricing
  • C2: 15% Pricing
