There are three processes that can help maximize performance when remote connecting or using OASIS Cloud Services. These include using the latest installers, connecting to the right driver, and enabling db caching.
Users can also optimize OASIS database connections by setting compression and optimizing buffering for low bandwidth connections. For more information, click here.
Using the Latest Installer
Use the latest installers (2.7.3) to take advantage of driver updates on the installer. If your OASIS shows anything other than 2.7.3 in the Program files folder, then it is worth uninstalling and reinstalling. The latest installers can be found at www.oasissalessoftware.com/OASIS/install
