The Contacts page allows users to create and manage contacts for customer, manufacturer, and representative entries. This page provides a list of features and tools available in the Contacts page of Legacy OASIS. Learn more about the Contacts page in O4.

Using the Find Feature in Contacts

Creating a Contact- this article discusses how to create a contact from the Contacts page, Customers page, and Manufacturer page. 

Contact Editor- this article discusses the process for editing an existing contact. It includes a brief overview of the tabs available in this editor.

Contact Management- the articles listed below discuss contact management features available in this page. These include features that allow for greater organization when communicating with numerous contacts at once.

Contacts Conversations View- this article discusses the conversations view which provides various features such as leaving a catalog or sample, creating a reminder, viewing customer tips and sample history, and adding notes.

Contact Configuration Tool- this article explains how to configure company data that can be applied to a particular contact. This includes, sales stage, groups, departments, and job positions.
