OASIS can attach and track contacts throughout the entire system, allowing users to email or fax directly. Users can also change contact association and maintain all the history that has been collected over time. A contact must be in the system in order to be used fully by OASIS. This page will discuss all the features and tools available in the Contacts page. However, new O4 developments will soon update and improve on these features.
Using the Find Feature in Contacts
