Importing .vcf Contacts

Oasis allows the import of basic information from vCard contact files. Oasis will load the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of the contact from the file. You must be on at least W577D1 for this functionality to work. However, new O4 developments will soon replace this process.

1. Navigate to the Customers page or the Manufacturers page. This example will use the Customers page.

2. Double-click on a customer.

3. The "Customer Editor" window will appear.

4. Select the "Contacts" tab.

5. Drag your .vcf contact from your desktop and drop it into the window.

6. The contact information will load and display automatically.

7. Select "Save and Close."
