OASIS allows users to assign a salesperson to a contact. This feature is designed to work for the customer tab of a project and to help users generate powerful reports. Users may set up each a contact with its own role, influence, and salesperson.
1. Navigate to the Contacts page, and double-click on a contact.
2. The "Contact Editor" window will appear.
3. Select the "Company Details" tab.
4. Select a "Role" for the contact, using the drop-down menu.
5. Add influence as follows:
- A- Rank equivalent/ Influence- type in 70
- B- Rank equivalent/ Influence- type in 50
- C- Rank equivalent/ Influence- type in 30
- D- Rank equivalent/ Influence- type in 10
6. Select the name of the "Sales User" to assign them to that contact.
7. Select "OK."
