Conversations bridges the gap between inside and outside sales by allowing a universal place in O4 for each person to communicate while still having their visibility of O4 tailored to their role.
Conversations can be tied to transactions to record information regarding project details, project status, and customer requests, or they can be created separately as a way to ask questions or send general reminders to fellow coworkers.
