The Customer Portal add-on for OASIS Online is a web-based interface that enables agents to easily share account-specific information with their customers. This page lists all the features and tools available in the Customer Portal.

Portal Section Walkthroughs

The articles below describe each section of the Customer Portal.

  • Order Status Section- This section displays information regarding the status of and updates for a customer’s order.
    • Order Status JSON API- This article explains how customer contacts can use the JSON API to pull data from the Order Status Section of the Customer Portal.
  • Line Card Section- This section displays information relating to manufacturers. This section must be enabled in web settings.
  • Bid Board Section- This section displays information relating to bids sorted by projects, location, vertical market, quoter, or bid date. This section must be enabled in web settings.
  • Products Section- This section allows a customer to search for information regarding specific catalog numbers. This section must be enabled in web settings.

 

Additional Customer Portal Details

To view your Customer Portal internally, grant your user View All access to WWW. Once granted, the "Portal" option will appear in your Online navigation menu, allowing you to see your Customer Portal without signing in as a customer.

Alternatively, you can have the same email as a contact to sign in to the Customer Portal as a customer. However, their passwords must be unique. If the passwords are the same, you will always log in to OASIS Online.
