Conversations is an Online-exclusive feature that provides users with a platform to house internal communications over direct messages and phone calls. Important steps, questions, and processes that happen in your everyday business operations surrounding OASIS can be recorded and accessed all in one place, increasing efficiency in your workflow. This page will provide a list of Conversation features that help users accomplish more.

Conversations can be tied to transactions to record information regarding project details, order status, and customer requests using the Conversations tab. Alternatively, they can be created separately to ask questions or send general reminders to other OASIS users on the Conversations page
