2024 Price Increases

We have not had a price increase in many years and chose to lock down prices during the recent pandemic to keep things stable for our customers. However, our costs have risen just like all of yours. Therefore, we are invoking a price increase on most of our products and services effective January 1, 2024.  

 The price changes are as follows:

• Legacy OASIS (not browser-based) User Licenses: $850 (13% increase) 
• Legacy OASIS (not browser-based) Database Licenses: $650 (8% increase)
• Maintenance and Support (M&S) for Legacy OASIS: Stays at 15% of the license cost. However, the license cost has gone up 
  • Minimum M&S for 1-3 users: $600 (20% increase)
  • Minimum M&S for 4-7 users: $850 (13% increase)
• Cloud Services: ~1% increase (actual value depends on DB size)
• Cloud Setup Fee (one-time charge): $300 (50% increase)
• Training:
  • Online: $100/hour (25% increase)
  • Onsite: $1995 (33% increase)
  • Virtual Onsite: $1995 (33% increase)
  • In-House (Local @ Ingen): $1995 (33% increase)
• After Hours Support (outside of 7-7 Central Mon-Fri): $200 (33% increase)
• Custom Development: $250/hour (25% increase)
• Professional Services: $200/hour (33% increase)

Note: Our O4 service will not have an increase as it is a new service and is currently heavily discounted as we add more features. The discount will adjust as more features are released.
