It’s time again for another year-end recap! 2025 was a big year packed with updates that improved workflows, refreshed interfaces, and strengthened our systems behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. As always, your feedback has been essential in guiding these improvements and will continue to shape them for years to come.

The Charge Manager
In early 2025, we introduced a new feature called the Charge Manager. This feature enables users to apply a Charge Code as a percentage of the BOM's total sell price, cost, or net price (or the total of selected parts). This supported our users by addressing the unprecedented challenges in the economic landscape, which required increased efficiency and flexibility.
Online Payment Editor
We released the Payment Editor for OASIS Online, another significant milestone for the platform. That can only mean that new payment tools, reports, and tiles are coming in the future! 😉

OASIS One Updates
In June of 2025, OASIS One debuted, bringing a more unified look and feel to both Desktop OASIS and OASIS Online. We kept your core workflows intact while giving the interface a fresh, modern update with new colors, redesigned icons, and cleaner, more consistent layouts.
ChatGPT Prompts
Our September production release introduced new ChatGPT prompts for projects. Our ChatGPT prompts offer deeper insights through Red Ocean and SWOT analyses, as well as faster workflows, such as generating alternative part suggestions.
Improved Mapping for folio
We created a new Guess Button 
for brand mapping that automatically attempts to map folio brands to your OASIS brands. This is just another example of how we're committed to helping you cut down on tedious work so you can focus on what matters!
Online PDF Drag-and-Drop Feature
The final feature we want to showcase is our PDF drag-and-drop functionality in OASIS Online! This feature allows you to drag a PDF file and drop it onto a quote’s bill of materials, and OASIS will automatically process the items for you.
