Downloading Invoices for H.E. Williams

To download invoices from HE Williams, go to the Invoices section of OASIS, and under the "Tools" menu click "Receive Invoices".

Once the download ends, you will get a popup with the invoices that did not auto apply. From there, you can apply the invoices manually.

Resetting the Invoice Download Date

If you are not seeing the full list of invoices that you believe you should be receiving, try resetting the invoice download dates.

Go to the HE Williams manufacturer in your system and click on "Configure Specialization". You can adjust the download window as well as the invoice start date for the download on this screen.
