For Signify pricing to work, customer account numbers will need to be added to the Signify Manufacturer entry. Note: to learn how to complete this process from the Customer editor, click here.
1. Click on the Manufacturers tab of Oasis.
2. Open the Signify Manufacturer entry.
3. Click on the Accounts Tab.
4. Add a new row to the accounts tab.
5. Select the Customer.
6. Enter in the Customer Account Number.
NOTE: Customer Account Numbers are provided by Signify.
7. Save and close the Signify manufacturer entry.
