Using Cooper's Stock Status Connectivity

Stock Status is available for Cooper connectivity. This article will explain how to check inventory on a quote or order.

Requirements:

• Cooper connectivity must be configured. 

Viewing Stock Status for One Item

1. Select the Part field for a line in the bill of materials.

2. Click Tools, then select Stock Status (one item).

3. The Manufacturer Stock Status window will appear. Click Update. 

4.  OASIS will display available quantities at each warehouse.

Viewing Stock Status for All Items

1. Click Tools, then select Stock Status.

2. The BOM Stock Status window will appear, displaying the available inventory at each warehouse for all items. If a warehouse has enough stock to satisfy the quoted amount, the warehouse's quantity will appear in blue text. The warehouse's quantity will appear in red text if the stock is insufficient.
