Setting Up Warehouses for Drop-down in Shipping Entry

OASIS allows users to add the manufacturer's warehouses to the manufacturer entry to make it easily located when adding shipping information to OASIS. Users can select the warehouse from a drop-down menu when they are entering shipping information.

1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page, and select a manufacturer.

2. Select the "Warehouses" tab.

3. Select the "Manufacturer's" tab.

4. Enter any needed information.

5. Check the "default" box to set a warehouse as the default for this manufacturer.

6. Select "Save and Close."

7. Navigate to the Orders page and select an order from that manufacturer.

8. Select the "Items" tab.

9. Select the "Add Shipping" link.

10. Navigate to the "Loc" field.

11. Use the drop-down arrow to select a warehouse, or type in the warehouse.

12. Select "Save and Close."
