Setting Up a Lamp Manufacturer

OASIS has two settings specific to Lamp orders. Users may use the "Terms" tab to alter these settings for new and existing manufacturers.

1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page.

2. Open the needed manufacturer.

3. The "Manufacturer Editor" window will appear.

4. Select the "Terms" tab, and then select the "Order Terms" tab

5. Check the "Default Lamp Manufacturer box" to set the manufacturer as the default lamp manufacturer. The manufacturer's code will automatically be added to a quote every time that lamp line is added.

6. Check the "Merge and sort items on order print" box to combine the quantities of the same lamp from all lines on the quote. This results in a single total on the order.

7. Select "Save and Close."
