To manage evolving projects, users have the option of adding phases and bids. Users may add the following to any project:
- New Phase- creates a new phase with a blank bid
- New Phase Like- creates a copy of all bids to a new phase
- New Bid- creates a blank bid within the phase
- New Bid Like- creates a copy of the selected bill of material to a new bid within the phase
1. Navigate to the Projects page.
2. Open an existing project.
3. Click File.
4. Hover over New and select an action from the drop-down list. Note: in order to create a new bid like or new phase like, the bid or phase needing to be copied must first be selected.
