Copying and Pasting Within a Quote

Users may copy and paste information from one quote to another using the "Edit" menu at the top of a quote. This process can be completed in the Projects page and in the Quotes page. This example will use the Quotes page. 

Copying Information From a Quote

1. Navigate to the Quotes page.

2. Open the needed quote.

3. Select the needed phase and bid if there are more than one. 

4. Select the "Items" tab.

5. Highlight the needed information by clicking and dragging across the desired fields.

6. Select "Edit."

7. Select "Copy." Note: alternatively, users may also right-click the highlighted row(s) and select "copy" from the drop-down list that appears. 

Pasting Information Into a Quote

1. Open the needed quote.

2. Select the needed phase and bid if there are more than one. 

3. Select the first available field so it is highlighted.

4. Select "Edit."

5. Select "Paste." Note: alternatively, users may also right-click the open field and select "paste" from the drop-down list that appears.
