Bid Board Preferences

Users may set use the Bid Board Preferences tool to determine what jobs will display on the bid board, to show these jobs by bid date, and to show bid board locations.

1. Navigate to the Home Page.

2. Select "File."

3. Select "Preferences."

4. The "Home Preferences" window will appear.

5. Select the "Show" tab.

6. Locate the "Other Items" area.

7. Customize settings as needed.

• Show Bid Board- check this box to display the bid board in OASIS.
• Sort by Bid Date- check this box to sort the bid board by bid dates.
• Show Bid Board Locations- check this box to show bid board locations.
• Entire Bid Board- check this box to show bids for the entire company.
• My Workgroup- check this box to show bids for your workgroup only.
• My Bids Only- check this box to show only show your bids (quoter).

8. Select "OK."
