Creating a Submittal

A submittal package is a collection of cut sheets pertaining to a project or order in OASIS. Users can create a new submittal from a bill of material (BOM) on a quote, from an order, or from scratch on the Submittals page. For more information on how to build the submittal, click here.

Creating a Submittal from the BOM on a Quote

1. Navigate to the Projects page.

2. Double-click to open an existing project.

3. Select a bid, then select “File.”

4. Select “New” from the drop-down list, then select “New Submittal Like.”

5. The “Create Submittal” window will appear.

6. Uncheck any parts not to be included on the submittal.

7. Select “Create."

8. The “Submittal” window will appear. OASIS will have pulled in any learned cut sheets on the BOM and each page will be marked as “unviewed." For more information on how to highlight and learn images, click here.

Creating a Submittal from the BOM on an Order

1. Navigate to the Orders page.

2. Double-click an existing order to open it.

3. Select "File."

4. Select "New."

5. "Select New Submittal Like."

1. Navigate to the Submittals page.

2. Select the  button.
