Quoting Multiple Customers and Contractors

On some jobs, users may need to quote different distributors/ customers. Users quote distributors, quote contractors direct, or quote contractors for distributors. OASIS is capable of tracking all of these situations, and there is no need to have multiple new bid likes or phases. 

Quoting Multiple Distributors/ Contractors Direct

1. Navigate to the Quotes page. 

2. Create a new quote or open an existing quote.

3. Select the needed phase and bid tabs if there are more than one.

4. Select the "Customers" tab. 

5. Select "Add Customers."

6. The "Select Multiple Customers or Contacts" window will appear.

7. Check the boxes for the customers you wish to quote. Note: select the "Show contacts" link to select the specific person you wish to send the quote to. 

8. Select "OK."

9. The customers selected will appear on the left side of the quote. Note: if a contact was selected, the contact will appear in the "Contacts" area of the quote. 

Quoting a Contractor for a Distributor

1. In the "Customers" tab, select "Add Contractor."

2. The "Select Multiple Customers or Contacts" window will appear. 

3. Check the boxes for the contractors you wish to quote. Note: select the "Show contacts" link to select the specific person you wish to send the quote to. 

4. Select "OK." 

5. The contractors will display as sub-lines below the distributor. 

6. Select "Save and Close."
