There are several different ways of quoting a lot price to a customer. These include the following options:
- Unchecking the "Unit Pricing" and "Extended Pricing: on the last print" boxes when printing
- Using the "Lot" code in a bill of materials
- Using LotPrice pricing per customer
Using the "Lot" Code on a Bill of Materials
1. Navigate to the Projects page or Quotes page. Note: this example will use the Quotes page.
2. Create a new quote or open an existing quote/ bid
3. Select the most recent phase and bid tabs if there are more than one.
4. Select the "Items" tab.
5. Enter a bill of materials as needed.
6. Below the items you want to Lot price, enter "Lot" into the "Code" column. This creates a lot line for all lines in the quote, unless there are other manufacturers/ lines on the quote.
7. On the Lot line, enter the manufacturer and sell price.
7. A print out will look similar to the example below:
Using Lot Pricing Per Customer
1. Navigate to the Quotes page.
2. Create a new quote or open an existing quote.
3. Select the most recent phase and bid tabs if there are more than one.
4. Enter the bill of materials as needed.
5. Select the "Customers" tab.
6. Select a customer, so it is highlighted. Note: customers must be added to the quote to complete this process.
7. Locate the "Totals" area.
8. Enter the lot amount in the "Lot Price" field.
9. A print out will look similar to the example below:
