Printing Catalog and Part Numbers on Order Forms

Some manufacturers require the factory catalog number and part number to appear on order forms. OASIS allows users to easily add this information to an order form. Note: users must have the factory part number in the price list.

Configure Settings to Display Part Numbers on Order Forms

1. Navigate to the Configuration page.

2. Select the Software page from the drop-down list.

3. In the "Global Preferences" area, select "Settings."

4. The "Global Settings" window will appear.

5. Select the "Order" tab.

6. Check the "Show manufacturer part numbers on orders" box. Note: only part numbers that are listed in the manufacturer's price list will show on the order.

7. Select "OK."

Printing the Order Form

1. Navigate to the Orders page.

2. Open the needed order.

3. Select "File."

4. Select "Print."

5. The "Print PO" window will appear.

6. Customize print settings as needed. 

7. Select "OK."

8. The catalog number and part number will appear in the "Part/ Description" area.
