Entering shipping information, whether downloaded from a factory or entered manually, is an advantage for any company, especially those who send this information to customers. Reporting is one method for completing this task. Once shipping information is entered, users can run a single order report, as well as a report for the entire project.
Creating an Order Status Report
1. Navigate to the Orders page.
2. Open the needed order.
3. Select "Reports."
4. Select "Order Status."
5. The "Print Order Status" window will appear.
6. Use the "General" tab to sort the report.
7. Select an "Output To" field.
8. Select the "Manufacturer" tab.
9. Check the box corresponding to the needed manufacturer.
10. Select "OK."
Creating a Project Status Report
1. Navigate to the Projects page.
2. Open the needed project.
3. Select "Reports."
4. Select "Project Status."
5. The "Print Project Status" window will appear.
6. Select an "Output To" field.
7. Select "OK."
