OASIS allows users to split a single quote into multiple customer orders. For representatives, this process may mean using the same manufacturer with different customer PO numbers.
Converting the First Order
1. Navigate to the Quotes page.
2. Open the needed quote.
3. Select the 
button to open the Staging Screen.
4. The "Create Orders" window will appear.
5. Select the "Manufacturers" tab.
6. Check the needed manufacturer.
7. Enter a PO number.
8. Select the "Bill of Materials" tab.
9. Check the "Add New" boxes corresponding to the items to be converted on the first order.
10. Select "Create" to covert the quote to the first order.
Converting the Remaining Orders
1. Navigate to the Quotes page.
2. Open the same quote that was used in the previous section.
3. Select the 
button to open the Staging Screen.
4. The "Create Orders" window will appear.
5. Check the "Manufacturers" tab.
6. Check the needed manufacturer.
7. Change the PO number. Note: this step is required to convert the remaining orders.
8. Select the "Bill of Materials" tab.
9. Check the"Add New" boxes corresponding to the items to be converted on the new order.
10. Select "Create."
