We have recently seen some error messages with Focal Point connectivity. The error message reads "Can't change directory to focalpoint: No such file or directory". Our solution for this is to go to Manufacturers in Oasis and open Focal Point, then go to Configure Specialization. Once there, change the directory to a period,  "."  and keep the other fields as directed by Focal Point.
