The Submittals tab of Global Settings allows users to customize settings that affect submittals. This article will define and provide recommendations for each setting.
Requirements:
- User must have Admin access to Software.
Note:
- Please contact OASIS Support if setting a field to a value other than what is recommended unless the value is discretionary.

| "Local Printer" resolution: X | This setting will be removed in a future release. | |
| Min character "soft match": X | When scanning for learned highlights, the system will acknowledge an approximate match if X characters on the left (start) of the catalog number match exactly. | Discretionary |
| Show unmatched characters in smart highlights | This setting will be removed in a future release. | |
| Enable "Send Message (email as link)" |
If checked, users can email submittals as a link. |
