The Submittals tab in Global Settings lets users configure settings that affect submittals. This article defines and provides recommendations for each setting. Settings can be changed in both OASIS Desktop and OASIS Online.
Requirements:
- User must have Admin access to Software.
Note:
- Settings can be changed in both OASIS Desktop and OASIS Online.
- Contact OASIS Support before changing a field's value to anything other than what's recommended.

| Scan my learned cutsheets before Folio. | If checked, OASIS will search the OASIS database for learned cutsheets first; if none are found, it will then check the folio database. Otherwise, if left unchecked, OASIS will use folio cutsheets first before checking the OASIS database. | Discretionary |
| Don't source Folio Sheets. | If checked, OASIS will not use Folio Sheets cutsheets. | Discretionary |
