Using the Find Feature in Inventory

Users may conduct searches on the Inventory page by using the search bar to the right of the screen or by selecting the “Find” button. Users may search for Inventory by selecting a combination of search criteria for either pick tickets or receipts. These criteria are sorted into two categories for each search type: Basic and More.

 

Find Picks

1. Navigate to the Inventory page.

2. Select the “Find Picks” link in the search bar.

3. The “Find Pick Tickets” window will appear.

The Basic Tab

1. Use this tab to search by general pick ticket information.

  • PO#- search by purchase order number
  • Release Number- search by release number
  • Carrier- search by carrier name
  • Create date- search by pick create date

The More Tab

1. Use this tab to search by the entities associated with the pick ticket.

  • Manufacturer- search for picks by the selected manufacturer

Find Receipts

1. Navigate to the Inventory page.

2. Select the “Find Receipts” link in the search bar.

3. The “Find Receipts” window will appear.

The Basic Tab

1. Use this tab to search by general receipt information.

  • PO#- search by purchase order number
  • Date Received- search by receipt received date
  • Create date- search by pick create date
  • Completed Only- search completed receipts

1. Use this tab to search by entities associated with the receipt.

  • Manufacturer- search for receipts by the selected manufacturer
