OASIS allows users to configure Inventory to create data that is useful for reporting and classifying picks and receipts. Users can create pick statuses, audit statuses, receipt statuses, and freight classes.
Requirements:
- User must have Admin access to Inventory.
1. Navigate to the Inventory page.
2. Click File, then select Configure from the drop-down list.
3. The Configure order entry window will appear. It contains five tabs: Pick Status, Audit Status, Receipt Status, Payment Terms, and Freight Class.
The Pick Status Tab
Use this tab to create pick statuses. Click to add lines and to remove lines.
- On Complete- automatically set the pick to this status upon completing the pick
- On Backorder- automatically set the pick to this status when an item is on backorder
- On Return- automatically set the pick to this status when an RMA is created for a picked item
The Audit Status Tab
Use this tab to create audit statuses. Click to add lines and to remove lines.
- On Complete- automatically set the audit to this status upon completing the warehouse audit
The Receipt Status Tab
Use this tab to create receipt statuses. Click to add lines and to remove lines.
- Shelving- automatically set the receipt to this status when the items are shelved
- Complete- automatically set the receipt to this status when the receipt is completed
The Payment Terms Tab
Payment terms for Inventory have been deprecated.
The Freight Class Tab
Use this tab to create freight classes that appear on the receipt. Click to add lines and to remove lines.
