Sending order status updates via O2O is as simple as sending an email. Note: the distributor receiving the order status must be set up to receive O2O transactions.
1. Navigate to the Orders page.
2. Open the needed order with the shipping update. Note: the distributor receiving the order status update must be listed on the order.
3. Add a "Schedule" line or a "Shipping" line as you would normally and enter any updated information. For more information, click here.
4. Select "File."
5. Select "Print."
6. The "Print PO" window will appear.
7. Check the "Customer Shipping Status" box.
8. In the "Output To" field, select "Send Message."
9. Select "OK."
10. The "Message Editor" window will appear with the O2O file as an attachment.
11. Ensure all information is correct. Note: if needed, enter a user to receive the email.
12. Select "Send."
