When creating or editing a project, users may add representatives to the bid. Multiple representatives can be added or removed in each project.
1. Navigate to the Projects page.
2. Create a new project or open an existing project.
3. The "Project Editor" page will appear.
4. Select the needed phase and bid tabs if there are more than one.
5. Select the "Customers" tab.
6. Select "Add Representative."
7. The "Select Representative" window will appear.
8. Check the box corresponding to the needed representative.
9. Select "OK."
10. The representative will be added to the project.
