Setting Up Color Kinetics for Signify Connectivity

Please note there have been changes for Color Kinetics orders. Any order that is under $25,000 will be sent as an email to the manufacturer. For any orders that exceed $25,000 will follow standard Signify ordering process.

Setup for Color Kinetics

1. Navigate to the Manufacturer section of OASIS

2. Search and open the Color Kinetics Manufacturer

3. The Manufacturer Editor window will open

4. Under the Contacts Information tab, the email address for Color Kinetics will need to be entered

• Email for Color Kinetics : orders@ckd-inc.com

5. Also add the Color Kinetics email to the Contacts tab :

6. Go back to the General tab and click on the blue Configure Specialization text

6. Click on the Settings tab and check the Color Kinetics box

7. Save and Close the Manufacturer

Sending Orders to Color Kinetics:

Example of Order Below $25,000 Threshold

When entering in an order that is below $25,000, click Print when the order is ready to be sent to the manufacturer. The Print PO window will appear, and due to the order being under $25,000, the Sending Order option will automatically be selected. This requires that the Color Kinetics email and users emails are setup correctly.

Process the order as normal. Click Send in the upper left corner to send the order to the manufacturer via email.

Example of Order Above $25,000 Threshold

When entering an order for Color Kinetics that exceeds $25,000, click Print when the order is ready to be sent to the manufacturer. The Print PO window will appear and will automatically select the Send Direct!. Click Ok at the bottom of the window to send the order directly to the manufacturer using the API.

Note : When entering a Color Kinetics order, the Manufacturer must be your Color Kinetics Manufacturer
