Setting Up Evenlite Dynamic Pricing

This article explains how to set up Dynamic Pricing for Evenlite.

Requirements:

• Users must have Admin access to Manufacturers.
• Users must access Evenlite's developer portal at https://evenlite.dev/ to retrieve their API token. The API token is provided under the Integration tab. If you require additional assistance retrieving your API token or have questions about Evenlite's developer portal, please contact Evenlite.

Setting up Dynamic Pricing

1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page.

2. Open the Evenlite manufacturer entry.

3. The Manufacturer Editor window will appear.

4. On the General tab, select Evenlite from the Specialization drop-down list.

5. Click Configure Specialization.

6. The Configure Evenlite Connectivity window will appear.

7. On the Authorization tab, enter the API token retrieved from Evenlite's portal into the token field.

Note: Users must access Evenlite's developer portal at https://evenlite.dev/ to retrieve their API token. The API token is provided under the Integration tab. 8. On the Brand Specific tab, check the Use Dynamic Pricing box.

9. Click Save.

Creating a Blank Price List

Once Evenlite connectivity is configured, users will need to create a blank price list.

1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page.

2. Select Pricing from the drop-down list.

3. Search for Evenlite.

4. Select Evenlite so that it turns blue.

5. Click File, hover over New, then select New Price List.

6. The Price List Editor will appear.

7. Click Save and Close.

How it Works

Once configured, the pricing is automatic. OASIS will query for pricing behind the scenes whenever an Evenlite part number is entered in a quote or order. The user can continue working while this background process is running.
