Using the Bid Board Tile

Once created, the Bid Board Tile will display the total number of bids on the Bid Board, the total sell value, and the total earnings.

The Cards View

The Cards View displays each bid as a card. Each card will display the Project Rank color on the left side. 

Note: Users can adjust the number of cards displayed by changing the Number of Cards on Page field in the tile's setup.

To sort the Cards View, click the Sort menu, then select a field from the drop-down list:

• Sell
• Earnings
• Date (Bid Date)
• Name
• Workgroup
• Location

The Table View

The Table View displays bids in table format. 

View the total sales and earnings amounts by quoter or sales account by clicking to the left of the Quoter or Sales Account fields.

Click a row within the Quoter or Sales Account tables to create it as a filter for the table at the top of the page. The applied filter will appear above the table.
