The Copy User Settings tool allows admins to quickly copy a user's preferences and/or security settings and apply them to other users. In O4, admins have the option to copy a user's O4 or Legacy OASIS Preferences. To learn how to use this tool in Legacy OASIS, click here.
1. Click the 
icon.
2. Select Configuration from the drop-down list.
3. Click Users.
4. The Users Listing will appear.
5. Click File, then Copy User Settings.
6. The Copy User Settings screen will appear. Define field as necessary, then click .
