Bill of Material Quick Edits

Users can copy, paste, and move rows to make creating a bill of material more efficient. Users can also add, delete, and change columns within the bill of material without accessing what is known as the "Preferences" window in Legacy OASIS. This documentation defines the buttons and keyboard shortcuts available for the Bid Editor. Note: to enter edit mode, click .

Edit Menu

The following buttons are available from the Edit menu.

- print a copy of the bill of material

- filter the bill of material by manufacturer

- undo action

- redo action

- move selected row up

- move selected row down

- add row

- delete selected row

Column Buttons

The following buttons appear when hovering your cursor over a column header.

- change column type

- add column (to the left or right)

- delete column

Copy & Paste Options

The following options appear when opening the drop-down menu for selected rows or by right clicking a cell. 

- copy

- paste into a cell (select Paste Row(s) to paste one or multiple rows)

- undo action

- redo action
