Using the Quote Monitor Tile

Once created, the Quote Monitor Tile will display the number of quotes that contain the issues identified in the tile's setup, broken out by degree of urgency.

OI_GOOD.svg
 No quote issues were identified.
OI_WARNING.svg

Quote issues were identified that suggest a follow-up is needed:

  • Pricing is lower than the lowest price in the price list.
  • The MFG quote has expired.
  • The PAT shipping prediction is estimated after the project's start date.
  • The quote is expiring in seven days or less.

A critical issue was identified:

  • The quote contains discontinued items.

The Quote Monitor Tile Page

The Quote Monitor Tile page contains a tab for each issue identified in the tile's setup. Each tab displays the affected quotes. Users can click a quote to open it in OASIS Online.
