The Automatic Backup Tool- this article explains how to set up the OASIS automatic backup feature. Learn about the advantages and disadvantages of other backup options.
The Validation Tool- this article explains how users can complete an OASIS database validation to verify and ensure the integrity of the OASIS database tables and its contents. This process should be completed quarterly and backups should be stored offsite.
The Archive Tool- this articles explains how users can export historical data from the database to a specific location on a hard drive and free up space within the database. Note: This process will not shrink the size of your database file. If you want to shrink your database file's size, a database rebuild will be required. Please contact OASIS Support for more information about rebuilding your database following an archive.
