Using the Order Monitor Tile

Once created, the Order Monitor Tile will display the number of orders that contain the issues identified in the tile's setup, broken out by degree of urgency.

OI_GOOD.svg
No order issues were identified.
OI_WARNING.svg

Order issues were identified that suggest a follow-up is needed:

  • The order has not been transmitted.
  • The order has been held for more than seven days.
  • The hold order is within a week of its required on-site date.
  • The hold order contains pricing issues.
  • The order has not been scheduled.

The tile identified critical order issues:

  • The hold order contains discontinued items.
  • The order has not shipped or has shipped after its target date.
  • The order has a bad schedule or ship date.

 

The Order Monitor Tile Page

Click the tile to open it. The Order Monitor Tile page will appear, displaying each issue identified in the tile's setup. 

Users can click an issue to view the affected orders. Clicking an order will open it in OASIS Online.
