Using the Reprice Tool for Quotes in O4

The Reprice Profit tool reprices specific columns based on the manufacturer's active price list. This article will explain how to use the Reprice tool in O4.

1. Click to edit the bill of materials.

2. Edit menus will appear. Click Tools.

3. Click, then select Reprice from the drop-down list.

4. The Reprice using current pricing pop-up will appear.

5. Check each column needing to be updated from the Update column(s) list.

6. Check Always clear formulas to override any existing formulas in the Sell Formula, L1 Formula, L2 Formula, or L3 Formula columns. Otherwise, the tool will skip these rows.

6. Check Reprice lines with a manufacturer quote number to reprice rows with a manufacturer quote number in the MFG Quote column. Otherwise, the tool will skip these rows.

7. Click . Note: this will save automatically. Click Undo under the Edit menu to revert the change.
