The Quote Follow Up Tile

The Quote Follow Up Tile updates nightly to provide a list of active quotes for users to follow up on throughout the week. The Quote Follow Up Tile will only consider quotes that:

• Are not expired
• Are in an unknown quote status
• Have been sent to the customer

Use this tile to complete the following tasks:

• Narrow down follow-ups to quotes sent last week, quotes that are soon expiring, or quotes that bid two weeks, one month, or two months ago 
• View a list of quotes that have a specific sales account on the General tab, or a specifier, direct customer, or indirect customer on the quote that is assigned to a specific sales account
• Filter quotes by quoter, workgroups, and min/max pricing amounts
• Email internal staff with follow-up reminders 
• Identify the likelihood of order conversions
• Ignore quotes for future follow ups
