The Activity Tile identifies and tracks activity within Legacy OASIS, O4, and the Customer Portal. This tile updates nightly.

Use this tile to monitor the following types of activity:

  • Logins- track user, contact, and OASIS Support logins
  • Creations- track the creation of quotes, orders, invoices, payments, attachments, and conversations
  • Updates- track updates of quotes and orders
  • Hits- track how often users and contacts open pages in O4 and the Customer Portal
