The Bid Board Tile

The Bid Board Tile serves as the O4 equivalent of the Bid Board in Legacy OASIS but with more versatility, allowing users to customize the columns that are seen as well as filter bids. This tile updates every 30 minutes. 

The Bid Board Tile will only consider quotes that:

• Have the Show On Bid Board checkbox checked on the General tab of the phase.
• Are active, or, if expired, the number of days past the bid date has not exceeded the number set as the bid board expiration date in global settings.

Use this tile to complete the following tasks:

• Filter bid information 
• Customize columns shown for each bid in the Cards and Table view
• View a snapshot of each bid on the bid board
• Track total sell value and total earnings
