The OASIS Desktop Home Page served as a dashboard years before the concept became popular. When designing the Home Page in OASIS Online, the goal was to create a more intuitive and customizable interface to enhance the user experience. That's why we created Tiles.

Tiles are Online-exclusive reporting applications that display complex information in a compact and convenient format. Each tile regularly runs, interprets, and automatically shares updates, keeping you up to date with the information that matters to you.

  • Activity Tile: Tracks user and contact activity across OASIS Desktop, OASIS Online, and the Customer Portal.
  • Aged Customer Invoice Tile: identifies overdue customer invoices and tracks customer payment trends to support smart reconciliation efforts.
  • Bid Board Tile: Serves as the Online upgrade of the Bid Board in Desktop OASIS, offering more versatility and capability.
  • Order Monitor Tile: Tracks specific order issues and notifies internal staff when an issue has been identified. 
  • Order Summary Tile: Tracks sales and earnings for the current day, month, week, or year based on the order's entry date.
  • Order Summary Goal Tile: Tracks order sales and compares these values to a set overall or stretch goal.  
  • Invoice Summary Goal Tile: Tracks invoices and compares the sales value to a set overall goal or stretch goal.
  • Quote Follow-Up Tile: Provides a list of quotes to follow up on throughout the week, creating a to-do list tailored to the user's needs.
  • Quote Monitor Tile: Tracks specific quote issues and notifies internal staff when an issue has been identified. 
  • Win/Loss Tile: Tracks the overall hit rate for the company, an individual customer, or other criteria.
  • Samples Tile: Tracks samples that are checked out, available, due this week, and overdue. 
  • Shipping Notification Tile: Provides emailed shipping updates on orders to internal staff and customers.
