Once created, the Shipping Notification Tile will display the number of orders scanned and the number of orders broken out by shipping update status.

The Shipping Notification Page
The Shipping Notification page will appear, presenting two tabs: Summary and Emails Sent.
The Summary Tab
The Summary tab provides a table of each customer with active orders in your system. It also displays the number of shipping updates due to be emailed out and whether any errors occurred that prevented the email from being sent.
- Updates: the number of orders with shipping updates
- Errors: the number of orders with errors that prevent the email from being sent
- Orders: the total number of active orders
Click a customer in the table to open a new tab titled Customer, which will display a table listing the customer's active orders.
The Message column displays the status of each order's emailed shipping update. There are several messages that could appear in the Message column:
- If the shipping notification email for an order is successful, the column will display the date and time the email was sent. Users can click this type of message to view a copy of the email.
- If the email is unsuccessful, and the tile is configured to send updates to customer contacts, one of two messages will appear:
- No contacts on order: this message means the order did not contain a customer contact
- No valid email address for contact: this message means the customer contact's email address was blank or invalid
- If no shipping updates were available the last time the tile ran, the Message column will display "No shipping notifications to send."
The Emails Sent Tab
The Emails Sent tab displays each email the tile has sent sorted by create date.
