Cooper's Map Customers feature automatically populates a list of customers that can be mapped to entries in OASIS. Once the mapping process is complete, the mapped customers will appear in the Accounts tab of the Cooper manufacturer entry. This article will explain Cooper's mapping process.
Requirements:
1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page.
2. Open the Cooper manufacturer entry.
3. The Manufacturer Editor will appear.
4. Click the Cooper menu, then select Map Customers from the drop-down list. Note: to print a list of all customers available to be mapped, click Show Customers.
5. The mapping window will appear, listing the first available customer to be mapped.
- Customer Name: the name of the customer to be mapped to an entry in OASIS
- Account Number: the customer's account number used to facilitate connectivity processes
- Town: the city location of the customer
6. Proceed with the mapping process as necessary.
- Click Select to map the customer to a customer entry in OASIS
- Click Ok to skip a customer and move on to the next one
- Click Cancel to exit the mapping process altogether
7. After clicking Select, the Select Customer window will appear. Locate and select the correct customer entry, then click Ok.
8. Continue mapping customers as needed until the mapping window disappears.
