Manually Importing a Quote BOM from Signify

Signify's RFQ connectivity allows users to import a bill of materials using a manufacturer quote number. This article will explain the setup and steps required.

Requirements:

• Signify connectivity must be configured.
• The quote must first be saved.
• The MFG Quote column must be added to the bill of materials. Learn more about adding columns.

1. On a quote, add the Signify manufacturer and manufacturer quote number (MFG Quote column) to a line in the bill of materials.

2. Click RFQ.

3. The RFQ response window will appear, displaying all available lines to be imported. The Match column will display "Missing" to indicate the lines will be new additions to the quote.

4. Click Import.

5. The lines will appear at the bottom of the bill of materials.
