Setting Up Signify Connectivity

This article will explain how to configure Signify connectivity in OASIS.

Requirements:

• User must have access to Signify's My Lighting portal.
• Users must have admin access to Manufacturers.

1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page.

2. Open the manufacturer entry for Signify.

3. Click the General tab.

4. Select DCO from the Specialization drop-down list.

5. Click Configure Specialization.

6. The Configure Signify Connectivity window will appear.

The Authorization Tab

The Authorization tab activates connectivity in Legacy OASIS and O4 for all Signify brands. The user (email) and passcode (token) for Legacy OASIS and O4 connectivity must be unique. Users must log in to Signify's MyLighting portal to obtain the tokens.

The Brand Specific Tab

The Brand Specific tab allows users to toggle features on/off for each Signify brand in OASIS. NOTE: this tab alters the connectivity per brand. All other configuration tabs affect all Signify Brands.

• Send Orders Direct to Signify- enables Order Send connectivity
• Enable Inventory Lookup- enables Stock Status connectivity
• Send Request for Quotes- enables RFQ Send connectivity
• Use Dynamic Pricing- enables Dynamic Pricing connectivity
• Use New Pricing Logic- enables Signify's Sliding Scale pricing connectivity

The Diagnostics Tab

The Diagnostics tab is used to help OASIS developers diagnose issues with Signify connectivity. The checkboxes on this tab should only be checked under the direction of OASIS Support. 

The Workgroups Tab

The Workgroups tab is used to apply Signify B2B codes to workgroups in OASIS. B2B codes must be unique to each workgroup.

The Order Types Tab

The Order Types tab maps OASIS order types to the Signify Order Staging Screen. However, if needed, this information can be changed manually in the Signify Order Staging Screen.

The Freight Types Tab

The Freight Types tab maps OASIS order types to the Signify Order Staging Screen. However, if needed, this information can be changed manually in the Signify Order Staging Screen.

Once set up, click Save to save connectivity changes and close the configuration window. Then, click Save and close to close the manufacturer entry.
