This article provides a list of XML forms for the various prints that are available within the Projects and Quotes Pages. Click the .xml hyperlink to download the file and then follow the instructions provided in the article below to import the file into OASIS.
Project Status
- This form removes the estimated shipping date from the print. To download, click here.
- This form removes the Hold/Rel/Status/Date from the print. This form was last updated on 06/10/2016. To download, click here.
Manufacturer Breakout
- This form adds lines to the print. To download, click here.
- This form adds the CSRs to the print. To download, click here.
Bill of Material
- This form adds the lead time column to the bill of material. To download, click here.
- This form adds workgroup terms at the bottom of the print. To download, click here.
Quote Customer Copy
- This form removes the "date/from" space from the print to avoid long names getting cut off. This form also uses the actual name of the manufacturer instead of the manufacturer ID. This form was last updated on 04/02/2019. To download, click here.
- This form prints the quote with gridlines. This form was last updated on 03/30/2022. To download, click here.
- This form shows the manufacturer terms with the total freight allowance in dollars. To download, click here.
- These forms remove the UQ Column from the print. These forms were last updated on 12/18/2015. To download, click here and here.
- These forms remove the manufacturer freight term dollar amounts from the manufacturer terms sections. These forms were last updated on 05/01/2013. To download, click here and here.
- This form allows a PDF copy of the quote terms as the final page of the print. The PDF will need to be name "QuoteTCs" and must be placed in the same workgroup that the XML is being uploaded into. This form was last updated on 07/09/2015. To download, click here.
- This form replaces the UQ column with the PQ column. There are two options for where the PQ column can go: in the original UQ column or between the Qty and Type columns. Note: only one form can be selected for use. These forms were last updated on 05/21/2015.

- This form adds an “Items” field underneath the catalog number field. This shows the information in the “MFG part number column” in the matching row of the active price list. This form was last updated on 07/29/2014. To download, click here.

- This form expands the part field and places the description field to the right of the part field with wrap text. Note: this is landscape only. This form was last updated on 01/15/2016. To download, click here.
- This form expands the part field, places the description field to the right of the part field with wrap text, and places line notes in their own column. Note: this is landscape only. This form was last updated on 01/21/2016. To download, click here.
- This form adds an acknowledgment section that asks for a signature, printed name, and date. This form was last updated on 10/10/2018. To download, click here.

Quote Office Copy
- This form only shows the “quotable” columns (no book, base, etc.). To download, click here.
- This form removes the level columns from the print. This form was last updated on 03/21/2013. To download, click here.
- This form adds a “Margin%” column that calculates the margin between each item’s cost and sell price. This form was last updated on 12/10/2015. To download, click here.
- These forms replace the manufacturer's name on the quote with the resell company’s name. These forms were last updated on 12/18/2015. To download, click here and here.
